Continuing my Australian bird series, I took a different angle this time. After experimenting with palette knives and textures in recent pieces, I aimed for a light and loose feel here, using acrylics with a touch of watercolor style.I love the colors! Colors can make a statement in any room, creating a cozy and joyful atmosphere.

Good morning Kookaburra

Upon moving to Australia, we were greeted by this beautiful kookaburra. Every morning, its laughter would wake us, and in the afternoons, it would grace our deck with its majestic presence. Captivated by its vibrant feathers against the National Park's lush greenery, an unusual friendship blossomed.
